Cookies & Local Storage Policy

Last updated

This page explains what LaroCourts stores in your browser and why. In short: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and the only analytics we use sets no cookies at all.

Cookies

Our pages don't set cookies and work without them. We don't use advertising or social media trackers, and our fonts are served from our own site. Pages load from our site, from Supabase, which stores our photos and runs the booking app, and one small script from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits and measures how fast pages load. It stores nothing in your browser: no cookies and no local storage.

Cloudflare, which delivers our pages, may set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own if it needs to check that a visitor isn't an automated bot, and may ask your browser to report failed connections so it can fix delivery problems. Neither is used to track you. When you pay, you move to PayMongo's checkout page, and if you sign in with Google, to Google's page; those sites use cookies under their own policies.

Local storage

When you sign in, your browser keeps your sign-in session in this site's local storage, not in a cookie. Local storage stays on your device; we don't use it to follow you around the web.

Faster pages and offline use

A service worker keeps a copy of our offline page, the app icon and the site's script and style files in your browser's cache, so pages load faster and you see a notice instead of an error when you lose your connection. It never stores your bookings, payments or account details, and it removes old copies when the site is updated.

How to clear them

Signing out removes your sign-in session. To remove everything, clear this site's data (cookies and site data) in your browser settings. The site keeps working; you will just need to sign in again.

Changes

If we ever add a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy policy. Questions: .
