Help for partners
Onboard a venue in one visit
You sign venues up and set them up for their owners. This guide covers what to collect, every step of the setup, the handover, and how to answer the usual questions.
What a partner does
A partner helps venue owners get onto LaroCourts. LaroCourts turns partner access on for your account.
- Create venues for owners. Every venue you create is linked to you automatically.
- Set them up like a manager: courts, hours, prices, photos, gear, coaches, team, cancellation rules, plan and payouts.
- Hand them over to the real owner. You stay on as a manager to keep helping.
- See their numbers in your partner dashboard: status, setup progress, owner, plan, payouts, and the last 30 days of bookings, player payments and commission.
Your partner earnings are agreed with LaroCourts separately.
What to collect before you start
With everything in hand, setup takes about 15 minutes and review goes faster.
- Owner's email: the one they will sign in with. You need it for the handover.
- Venue details: name, street address, area or barangay, city, phone, and a business email for the venue.
- Court list: each court's name, sport, surface, indoor or outdoor, and normal price per hour.
- Peak and weekend prices, if they charge more at busy times.
- Opening hours for each day, and the days they are closed.
- Rental gear: what they lend out, the price per booking, and how many of each.
- Coaches: the email of each coach who teaches there.
- Cancellation rule: how many hours before play a player can still cancel for a refund. Most use 24.
- Photos: 3–6 bright, landscape photos of the courts, entrance and amenities. Take them yourself in daylight.
- Payout documents: DTI or SEC registration, BIR Form 2303, the owner's valid ID, and the bank account for the money.

Hand over to the owner
The owner controls bookings, prices and payouts, so every venue should belong to its real owner.
- Check the owner has signed in onceWith the same email you will type. If they haven't, you'll see a message asking the owner to sign in first.
- Open Hand overIn your partner dashboard, tap Hand over on the venue. (Or in the venue dashboard: Team → Hand over ownership.)
- Type the owner's email and confirmTap Make them the owner, then tap again to confirm.
You become a manager of the venue and keep full access to help. Your dashboard warns you about venues you still own.
Connect PayMongo

- Check the venue emailPayMongo sends the invite to the email in the venue details. It should be the owner's business email.
- Tap Connect payouts with PayMongoOn the venue's Overview page, then Open PayMongo sign-up.
- The owner signs up and uploads documentsDTI or SEC registration, BIR Form 2303, a valid ID and bank details. Clear phone photos are fine.

- Tap Check statusPayMongo usually verifies a business in 1–3 working days.

Talking points
- Paid before they play
- Players pay online with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card when they book. Fewer no-shows, no chasing payments.
- No double-booking
- One live calendar for every court. Walk-ins and blocks go on the same calendar.
- Free to start
- No set-up fee. Starter is ₱0 a month and 5% only on online bookings. Walk-ins are free.
- More income per booking
- Players add rackets, balls and a coach to the court in one payment.
- Fill quiet hours
- Open matches let one player bring others. Split bills make groups book more often.
- Money goes straight to them
- With PayMongo connected, their share lands in their account as each player pays.
- They stay in control
- They set prices, peak hours, opening hours and the cancellation rule, and can change them any time.
- Staff get their own sign-in
- Front desk staff get the calendar and overview. Payments, billing and settings stay with the owner and managers.
Common objections and answers
- “5% is too much.”
- It is only on online bookings; walk-ins are free. Busy venues can take Club: ₱2,990 a month and 2%. Club is cheaper once online bookings pass about ₱99,700 a month.
- “My regulars book on Messenger.”
- They can keep doing that. Staff add those bookings as walk-ins in seconds, for free. The booking link just adds a way to book at midnight without a reply.
- “My staff aren’t good with apps.”
- The calendar is one screen: tap an empty slot to add a walk-in, tap a booking to see who is coming. There is a plain-language guide for every screen.
- “We don’t have our documents ready.”
- They can go live now. LaroCourts collects payments and transfers their share until PayMongo is connected. Documents can come later.
- “What if players cancel last minute?”
- The venue sets its own free-cancellation time, from 0 up to 168 hours. After that, players can’t cancel for a refund in the app.
- “I don’t want to lose control of my prices.”
- They set the normal and peak prices per court, and can change them any time.
- “Is the money safe?”
- Payments go through PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment company. Every peso is shown on the Payments page: gross, commission, refunds and net.
First-week follow-up
- Day 1: check the venue is live, the booking link is shared on their Facebook page and group chats, and staff can sign in.
- Day 2: check the payout status in your dashboard. If PayMongo asks for more documents, help the owner send them.
- Day 3: look at the calendar together. Are walk-ins being added? Anything confusing for the front desk?
- Day 5: look at the numbers in your dashboard. Suggest peak prices for busy hours, rental gear, and inviting their coaches.
- Day 7: ask the owner what would make it better, and pass it on to hello@larocourts.vip.
