Help for venues
Run your venue on LaroCourts
For owners, managers and front desk staff. Set up your courts, take bookings, handle walk-ins, and understand every peso that comes in.
Setup wizard
Tap Add a venue in your venue dashboard. First give the basics: venue name, web address and city. Then the setup wizard walks you through 8 short steps. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back on any phone or computer.
- Your courts (required)Add every court players can book: its name (“Court 1”), sport, indoor or outdoor, and the normal price per hour.
- Opening hours (required)The time you open and close each day. Tap a day to mark it closed. Players can only book inside these hours.
- Peak pricesCharge more at busy times, like weekday evenings. We suggest about 25% more than your normal price. See Prices.
- PhotosUpload photos straight from your phone. The first photo is the cover players see in search. Tap Make cover to change it.
- Rental gearRackets, balls, paddles or towels players can rent with the court, with a price and how many you have.
- CoachesInvite the coaches who teach at your venue by email.
- Cancellation & detailsHow many hours before play players can still cancel for a full refund (most venues use 24), plus phone, email, address, a short description and what you have (parking, showers, lights…).
- Review & submitCheck everything and tap submit. LaroCourts reviews your venue, usually within one working day, and emails you when it is live.
Good to know
- Only steps 1 and 2 are required. You can skip the others and come back later.
- Nothing is public until LaroCourts approves it. You can keep editing while we review.
- After you go live, connect payouts from the Overview page. See Payouts.
First day checklist
Your venue is live. Do these once and your front desk is ready.
- Open the Calendar on the front desk phone or tablet and add LaroCourts to its home screen (how).
- Give each staff member their own sign-in under Team. Don't share yours.
- Add any bookings you already took by phone or chat as walk-ins, so online players can't book the same court.
- Block courts that are closed for repairs or private events.
- Share your booking page: on the Overview, tap Copy link and post it on Facebook, Instagram and in your group chats.
- Put a sign at the desk: “Book online at larocourts.vip”.
- Connect payouts on the Overview, so money from bookings goes straight to you.
- Teach your staff to check the calendar every morning and to open a booking to see the player's name, phone and rentals.
- At the end of the day, look at Payments to see what came in online.
Calendar
The calendar shows one day. Each court is a column. Time runs from top to bottom. Use the arrows or the date box to change the day. When you look at today, it refreshes by itself every minute.
- Court booking
- A player booked and paid online.
- Lesson
- A player booked a court with a coach. The coach’s name is on the booking.
- Walk-in
- Someone you booked at the desk or by phone. Paid to you directly.
- Blocked
- Closed on purpose: repairs, cleaning, a private event.
- Awaiting payment
- A player is paying right now. The slot is held for them (usually 15 minutes). If they don’t pay, it frees up by itself.
Tap any booking to see the booking code, player name and phone, number of players, coach, rentals to hand out, and the total.
Add a walk-in or a block
- Tap an empty slotOn the right court, at the start time.
- Choose Walk-in or BlockWalk-in: type the customer's name (and phone if you like) and the amount they paid you. Block: type a reason, like “Resurfacing”.
- Check the times and saveTap Add walk-in or Block court. Players now see that time as taken.
Walk-ins vs blocks
- Both stop online players from booking that time.
- Neither costs commission. The walk-in amount is only for your own totals; no online payment is taken.
- Walk-ins don't appear under Payments, because the money went to you directly.
- To undo, tap it and choose Remove walk-in or Remove block.
Cancel and refund a player's booking
Tap the booking, then Cancel and refund, then tap again to confirm. The player gets a full refund, whatever your cancellation rule, and the slot opens up again. Only owners and managers can do this. Staff should ask a manager.
Courts
Under Courts you add, edit, hide and delete courts. Each court has:
- Name and sport, for example “Court 2 · Pickleball”.
- Surface and whether it is indoor or covered. Players see both.
- Price per hour: the normal (base) price. Peak rules can change it at certain times.
- Order: lower numbers show first on the calendar and booking page.
- Bookable: untick it (or tap Hide) to take a court offline without losing its history.
A court that has bookings can't be deleted. Hide it instead.
Plan limit
Prices
Every court has a base price per hour. Peak rules replace it on the days and times you choose. Set them under Hours & prices.
A rule has a label (only you see it), who it applies to (all courts, all courts of one sport, or one court), days, a start and end time, and a price per hour.
Most specific wins
If two rules cover the same time, the more specific one wins: a rule for one court beats a rule for a sport, which beats a rule for all courts. If two rules are equally specific, the higher price wins.
Example
Rule A: all courts, Saturday and Sunday all day, ₱700. Rule B: Court 1 only, Saturday and Sunday 6–10 PM, ₱1,000.
- Court 1, Saturday 7 PM: ₱1,000 (Rule B is more specific).
- Court 2, Saturday 7 PM: ₱700 (only Rule A applies).
- Court 2, Monday 7 PM: its base price (no rule applies).
Priced per slot
Bookings are made of time slots, 30 minutes each unless you change it in Settings. Each slot is priced on its own, so a booking that crosses into peak time is charged fairly.
Example: base ₱500 per hour, peak Mon–Fri 5–10 PM ₱800 per hour
A player books Tuesday 4:00–6:00 PM:
- 4:00–4:30 (base)
- ₱250
- 4:30–5:00 (base)
- ₱250
- 5:00–5:30 (peak)
- ₱400
- 5:30–6:00 (peak)
- ₱400
- Total
- ₱1,300
Rental gear
Under Gear you list what players can rent with a booking. Each item has a name, a short note for players (“Tube of 3 new balls”), a sport (or any sport), a price per booking, and a stock.
Stock is how many you can lend out at the same time. We count stock per time slot, so you never promise more than you have.
Example
You have 4 padel rackets. A group rents 3 for 5–7 PM.
- A player booking 6–7 PM can add only 1 racket.
- A player booking 7–8 PM can add all 4 again.
Players pay for rentals online with the court. Hand the gear out at the desk: it is listed on the booking in your calendar. An item that was rented before can't be deleted; untick Available to book instead.
Coaches
Coaches teach at your venue through LaroCourts. There are two ways to connect:
- Request
- A coach finds your venue and asks to teach there. You see it under Coaches → Requests. Tap Approve coach or Decline.
- Invite
- You type the coach’s email under Invite a coach. The coach accepts it in their coach dashboard. They need a coach profile first (larocourts.vip/coach).
- Coaches set their own hourly rate and weekly hours at your venue. They can only be booked while your venue is open.
- When a player books a lesson, the court is booked at the same time, in one payment. No double-booking.
- The court fee stays with you. The coach gets their rate. Commission is taken from each part in proportion.
- LaroCourts also approves each coach profile before players can book them.
- Removing a coach keeps lessons already booked on your calendar.
Example: 1-hour lesson, Starter plan (5%)
- Player pays: court ₱600 + coach ₱800
- ₱1,400
- Coach gets ₱800 − 5%
- ₱760
- You get ₱600 − 5%
- ₱570
- LaroCourts commission
- ₱70
Team
Give everyone their own sign-in under Team. They must sign in to LaroCourts once with their email before you can add them.
- Owner
- Everything, including billing and payouts. Can hand the venue over to someone else. Can’t be removed.
- Manager
- Everything the owner can do day to day: courts, prices, gear, coaches, team, payments, billing and settings. Can cancel and refund bookings.
- Front desk staff
- Sees the Overview (with the last 30 days’ totals) and the Calendar. Adds and removes walk-ins and blocks. Can’t cancel paid bookings, open Payments or Billing, or change settings.
Handing over ownership
Did a partner or a manager set the venue up for you? Ownership can move to the real owner in a minute:
- The new owner signs in onceThey open larocourts.vip and sign in with their email.
- Hand it overThe current owner (or the partner who set it up) opens Team → Hand over ownership, types that same email and taps Make owner.
- DoneThe new owner controls everything. The previous owner stays on the team as a manager and can be removed later.
Payments
Payments shows the money from online bookings for this month, last month or the last 30 days. Only owners and managers see it.
- Gross bookings
- What players paid online, before commission. For lessons, the coach’s share is left out: it goes to the coach.
- Commission
- LaroCourts’ fee for your plan: 5% on Starter, 2% on Club, from 1.5% on Network.
- Refunds
- Money returned to players for cancelled bookings. The commission on a refunded booking is given back to you too.
- Your net
- Gross minus commission minus refunds. This is yours.
- Paid out automatically
- Money PayMongo already sent to your PayMongo account when the player paid.
- Owed by LaroCourts
- Money we collected for you because payouts weren’t connected yet. We transfer it to you.
Example: a ₱1,000 court on Starter (5%)
- Gross
- ₱1,000
- Commission 5%
- −₱50
- Your net
- ₱950
If the player cancels in time and gets ₱1,000 back, Refunds shows ₱950: your ₱950 is taken back and our ₱50 commission is cancelled too. Your net for that booking becomes ₱0.
Walk-ins are paid at your desk, so they don't appear here. PayMongo's own processing fee is separate from our commission; see Fees.
Payouts (PayMongo)
PayMongo is the licensed Philippine payment company that takes the GCash, Maya, QR Ph and card payments on LaroCourts. When you connect your own PayMongo account, each payment is split the moment the player pays: your share goes to your PayMongo account and our commission goes to us. No waiting, no chasing.

Plans and billing
| Plan | Monthly fee | Commission per online booking | Courts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₱0 | 5% | Up to 6 |
| Club | ₱2,990 | 2% | Unlimited |
| Network | Custom | From 1.5% | Unlimited, several sites |
Walk-ins and blocks never cost commission. See all plan features on the pricing page.
Is Club worth it?
At ₱150,000 of online bookings a month, Starter costs ₱7,500 in commission. Club costs ₱2,990 + ₱3,000 = ₱5,990. Club saves money once online bookings pass about ₱99,700 a month.
How switching works
- To Club: tap Switch to Club under Billing. You get an invoice for the rest of this month only (prorated). Pay it with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card and the plan switches right away.
- To Starter: it switches immediately and cancels any unpaid invoice.
- To Network: email hello@larocourts.vip.
- If this month is already paid, a switch to another paid plan starts next month. Email us to switch sooner.
Example: switching to Club on 21 September
September has 30 days, so 10 days are left, counting the 21st.
- ₱2,990 × 10 ÷ 30
- ₱996.67
- First invoice
- ₱996.67
From October you get an invoice for ₱2,990 on the 1st of each month, due on the 8th.
Invoices
All invoices are under Billing → Invoices, with a Pay button on unpaid ones. We also email you when a new invoice is ready. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, your venue moves back to Starter. Nothing else changes and your bookings stay.

FAQ
Venue questions
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes if you have your court list, opening hours and prices ready. Only courts and opening hours are required before you submit for review.
How fast is my venue approved?
LaroCourts usually reviews a venue within one working day. We email you when your booking page is live.
Do walk-ins cost commission?
No. Walk-ins and blocks you add on the calendar are free. Commission is only taken on online bookings that players pay through LaroCourts.
Can players double-book a court?
No. A court can only have one booking at a time. While a player pays, the slot is held for them, so nobody else can take it.
When do I get my money?
Once PayMongo payouts are connected, your share goes to your PayMongo account as each player pays. Before that, LaroCourts collects the payments and transfers your share to you.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Moving to Starter is instant. Moving to Club gives you a prorated invoice for the rest of the month, and the plan switches as soon as it is paid.
What can front desk staff see?
The Overview (including the last 30 days’ totals) and the Calendar. They can add walk-ins and blocks. Payments, Billing, Settings and cancelling paid bookings stay with owners and managers.
