Calendar and walk-ins
One day at a glance, one column per court. Tap an empty slot to add a walk-in or block a court for repairs. Walk-ins and blocks cost no commission.
Staff roles
Owners, managers and front desk staff each get their own sign-in. Front desk staff run the calendar; payments, billing and settings stay with owners and managers.
Peak prices
Every court has a base price per hour. Peak rules charge more on the days and times you choose, and each slot is priced on its own.

Get paid by GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card
Players pay online when they book, so a court is paid for before anyone plays. Fewer no-shows, and no payments to chase.

- Log in to GCash on the payment page and approve the amount.

- Log in to Maya and approve the amount.
- QR Ph
- QR Ph is the Philippines’ national QR code for payments. The payment page shows a QR code. Open your bank or e-wallet app (most Philippine apps support QR Ph), tap Scan QR, and approve. Good if you don’t use GCash or Maya.
- Card
- Credit or debit card. Your bank may send you a one-time code to approve it.

Common worries
From Messenger bookings to online booking
“5% is too much.”
It is only on online bookings; walk-ins are free. Busy venues can take Club: ₱2,990 a month and 2%. Club is cheaper once online bookings pass about ₱99,700 a month.
“My regulars book on Messenger.”
They can keep doing that. Staff add those bookings as walk-ins in seconds, for free. The booking link just adds a way to book at midnight without a reply.
“My staff aren’t good with apps.”
The calendar is one screen: tap an empty slot to add a walk-in, tap a booking to see who is coming. There is a plain-language guide for every screen.
“We don’t have our documents ready.”
They can go live now. LaroCourts collects payments and transfers their share until PayMongo is connected. Documents can come later.
“What if players cancel last minute?”
The venue sets its own free-cancellation time, from 0 up to 168 hours. After that, players can’t cancel for a refund in the app.
“I don’t want to lose control of my prices.”
They set the normal and peak prices per court, and can change them any time.
“Is the money safe?”
Payments go through PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment company. Every peso is shown on the Payments page: gross, commission, refunds and net.

Which sports can I list?
Any of the nine we support today: tennis, padel, pickleball, badminton, squash, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, futsal.
How long does it take to go live?
About 15 minutes to set up: add your courts, opening hours and prices. We review the listing, usually within one working day, and you can take bookings while you connect payouts.
Can I set my own prices and rules?
Yes. You set base and peak prices per court or sport, slot length, how long a hold lasts, and your free-cancellation window.
Is there a set-up fee?
No. There is no set-up fee, and the Starter plan is ₱0 a month with 5% commission only on online bookings. We set up your venue page, courts and prices with you at no cost.
