Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use LaroCourts to book courts, coaching sessions and rental equipment.

Bookings

A booking is a contract between you and the venue (and the coach, for lessons). LaroCourts takes the booking and payment on their behalf. The price, what is included and the cancellation window are shown before you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

Each venue sets its own cancellation window. If you cancel within it, you get a full refund to your original payment method. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be refunded.

Rental equipment

Rental gear must be returned at the end of your booking. Normal wear is covered; lost or deliberately damaged items may be charged at the price shown in the booking.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
