Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when a booking made on LaroCourts can be cancelled and how refunds work. It applies to courts, coaching sessions booked with a court, and rental gear added to a booking.

Before you pay

When you choose a time, the slot is held for you for about 15 minutes while you pay. If you don't finish paying, the hold ends on its own and nothing is charged.

Cancelling a paid booking

  • Each venue sets a free-cancellation window, shown on the booking screen before you pay and in your confirmation. The usual window is 24 hours before the start time.
  • Inside the window you can cancel from My account and get a full refund of what you paid: court, coach and rental gear.
  • After the window the booking can't be cancelled online. Contact the venue; any refund is at the venue's discretion.
  • If you don't show up, the booking is not refunded.

When the venue or LaroCourts cancels

If a venue cancels your booking (for example because of weather, maintenance or an error), or if a payment reaches us after your slot was taken, you get a full refund automatically.

Split bills and open matches

  • The organizer pays the whole booking. Each time another player pays their share, that amount is refunded to the organizer.
  • If a split or open-match booking is cancelled inside the window, every payment on it is refunded to whoever made it.

How long refunds take

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. E-wallets such as GCash and Maya usually receive them within a few working days; cards and bank transfers can take longer, depending on your bank. You get an email (and an SMS if we have your number) when a refund is issued.

Venue subscriptions

Venue plans are billed monthly. The Starter plan has no monthly fee. Upgrading to Club is charged for the days left in the current month; you can move back to Starter at any time from Billing, and future invoices stop. Subscription payments already made are not refunded.
