Coach on LaroCourts

Set your rate and your hours at the venues where you teach. Players book you together with a court, pay online, and you get your share.

Open your coach dashboard

Create your profile

Go to larocourts.vip/coach and sign in. The first time, you see a short form. It takes about two minutes.

Display name: The name players see, like “Coach Migs”.
About you: Experience, certifications and who you like to teach. Keep it short and friendly.
Photo: Tap Upload a photo and pick one from your phone. A clear, smiling face photo works best. Tap Remove to take it off.
Sports: Every sport you coach. Players only see you for courts of these sports.
Levels: Beginner (new to the sport), Improver (can rally), Intermediate (plays regularly), Advanced (competes or plays league). Tick all you are happy to teach.
Languages: English and Filipino are ticked for you. Add others, like Cebuano or Korean.
Hourly rate: Your fee for one hour, in pesos. See Your rate and your share below.

You can change any of this later under Profile. Changes show on venue pages right away.

Get approved

LaroCourts checks every new coach profile, usually within a day. We email you when you are approved.

While you wait, you can already join venues and set your hours.
Players can book you once you are approved.
If your profile is ever suspended, players can't book new lessons with you. Email hello@larocourts.vip to sort it out.

Join venues

You teach at venues that are on LaroCourts. There are two ways to join one:

Request: Open Venues, search for the venue by name, city or area, and tap Request to teach here. The venue’s manager approves it.
Invite: The venue invites you with the email you signed in with. The invite appears under Venues. Tap Accept (or Decline).

Once a venue shows active, players can book you there, as soon as you set your hours.

Leave a venue any time. Your hours there are removed. Lessons already booked stay.
If a venue removes you, you can tap Request again.
Your venue isn't on LaroCourts yet? Ask the manager to list it at For venues.

Set your hours

Under Availability, add the hours you can teach at each venue, for each day of the week. For example: Monday 5:00–8:00 PM.

Pick the venue
If you teach at more than one, tap its tab at the top.
Pick a day, a start and an end time
Tap Add hours. Add several ranges on the same day if you take a break.
Copy to other days
Set Monday first, then tap Copy Monday to weekdays to use the same hours Tuesday to Friday.

Rules that keep your calendar clean

No overlaps. Your hours can't overlap, even at different venues. Monday 5–8 PM at one venue and 7–9 PM at another clash. Make it 5–7 PM and 7–9 PM.
Only when the venue is open. We warn you if your hours are outside the venue's opening hours; players can't book those times.
The whole lesson must fit. A 1.5-hour lesson at 7:00 PM needs you free until 8:30 PM in one range.
Booked lessons are taken out automatically, so you are never double-booked.

How lessons are booked

The player picks a court and a time
On the booking page of a venue where you are active.
They turn on Add a coach
They see you if you teach that sport and are free for the whole time.
They pay once
Court, your fee and any rentals, in one payment with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card. The court and your time are booked together.
You see it in Sessions
With the date, time, venue, court, player name and booking code. We also email you.

Lessons are 1 to 3 hours. The player can also split the cost with friends. The amount in Sessions is your lesson fee before commission.

Your rate and your share

Players pay your hourly rate × the lesson length. A 1.5-hour lesson at ₱800 an hour is ₱1,200.

The venue's plan sets the LaroCourts commission on the whole booking: 5% on Starter, 2% on Club. It is taken from each part in proportion, so you pay commission on your fee only, never on the court.

Example: 1-hour lesson, your rate ₱800, court ₱600, venue on Starter (5%)

Player pays: ₱1,400
Your fee: ₱800
Commission on your fee (5%): −₱40
Your share: ₱760

At a venue on Club (2%), the same lesson pays you ₱784.

If a lesson is cancelled and refunded, your share for it is taken back too.

Payouts

PayMongo is the licensed Philippine payment company behind the GCash, Maya, QR Ph and card payments on LaroCourts. Connect your own PayMongo account and your share is sent to you automatically when a player pays.

Tap Connect payouts
Under Payouts in your coach dashboard, then open the PayMongo sign-up.
Sign up with the same email
Use the email of your LaroCourts account and verify your ID.
Add where to receive money
Your bank or e-wallet account.
Come back and tap Check status
When it says active, you are connected.

When the money goes straight to you

The automatic split works when both you and the venue have connected payouts. In every other case, LaroCourts collects the payment and transfers your share to you. You always see it on your Overview:

Paid out: already sent to your PayMongo account.
Owed to you: collected by LaroCourts, to be transferred to you.

Emails and reminders

We send these by email, and by SMS when we have your mobile number. You don't need to do anything.

Your profile is approved (or suspended).
A venue invites you, or accepts your request to teach.
A lesson is booked or cancelled.
Reminders about 24 hours and 2 hours before each lesson.

Check Sessions in your dashboard any time for the full list, including past lessons.

FAQ

Coach questions

Does it cost anything to be a coach on LaroCourts?

No sign-up or monthly fee for coaches. When a lesson is booked, the venue plan’s commission (5% on Starter, 2% on Club) is taken from your fee in proportion.

Who sets my rate?

You do. Set your hourly rate in your coach profile. Players pay it on top of the court price, in one payment.

Can I teach at more than one venue?

Yes. Join as many venues as you like and set separate hours at each. Your hours can’t overlap, so you are never booked in two places at once.

Can a player book me when the court is taken?

No. Players only see lesson times when you are free and a court is free. The court is booked with the lesson.

What happens if a lesson is cancelled?

The player is refunded and your share for that lesson is taken off your earnings. Players can cancel for free until the venue’s cancellation time, usually 24 hours before.

When do I get paid?

If you and the venue both have PayMongo payouts connected, your share goes to your PayMongo account as soon as the player pays. Otherwise LaroCourts collects it and transfers it to you.
