Book a court, step by step

Sign in

You don't need a password. We send you a 6-digit code instead. Your account is made the first time you sign in.

1. Open Sign in

   Tap Sign in at the top of the page, or just start booking: we ask you to sign in when you tap Book and pay, and we keep your chosen court and time.
2. Enter your email

   Type your email and tap Email me a code. When the Mobile number tab is shown, you can use your Philippine mobile number instead and get the code by SMS. 0917…, 917… and +63 917… all work.
3. Type the 6-digit code

   Open the email or text message, copy the 6 numbers, and tap Sign in. The code can take a minute to arrive.

Find and book a court

1. Search

   Go to Book a court. Pick a sport, type a city, area or venue (for example “Makati”), and a date.
2. Open a venue

   Tap a venue to see its courts and times for that day. Swipe the date strip to change the day.
3. Pick a start time

   The grid shows each court with its free times. White means free. Grey stripes mean booked or already past. Tap a free time to start.
4. Pick how long

   Choose a length under the grid (1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours and so on), or tap a later free time on the same court. Bookings are at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
5. Check the total and book

   The Your booking box shows the court, time and total. Tap Book and pay ₱….

You can book up to 60 days ahead. Some hours cost more than others (for example weekday evenings). The price for each time shows before you pay.

Add a coach

Want a lesson? Turn on Add a coach on the venue page. You book the coach and the court together, in one payment.

• Pick your court and time first. You only see coaches who teach that sport and are free for the whole time.
• Each coach shows their hourly rate, levels and languages.
• The coach's fee is added to the court price. A 1.5-hour lesson costs 1.5 × the coach's rate.

Rent gear

No racket? Add rentals under Rent gear on the venue page. Use + and − to choose how many.

• Rental prices are per booking, not per hour. A ₱150 racket costs ₱150 whether you play 1 or 2 hours.
• You can only add what the venue has free for your time. If someone else rented the last ones, you'll see how many are left.
• Pick up your gear at the front desk and return it when you leave.

Pay

When you tap Book and pay, a secure PayMongo payment page opens. PayMongo is a licensed Philippine payment company. You can pay with:

GCash

Log in to GCash on the payment page and approve.

Maya

Log in to Maya and approve.

QR Ph

A QR code appears. Open your bank or e-wallet app, choose Scan QR, and scan it. QR Ph is the national QR code of the Philippines, so most bank and e-wallet apps can pay it. Paying on the same phone? Take a screenshot and use your app’s upload QR option, if it has one.

Card

Credit or debit card. Your bank may ask for a one-time code.

After paying, you come back to LaroCourts automatically. Don't close the page until you see your booking.

The 15-minute hold

When you tap Book and pay, we hold the court for you while you pay. Nobody else can book it during that time.

• The hold is usually 15 minutes. Each venue sets its own time, and the booking summary tells you.
• If you close the payment page by mistake, go back and tap Complete payment while the hold lasts.
• If the time runs out, the court is released and nothing is charged. Just book again.
• If your payment still went through after the hold ended, we confirm the booking if the court is still free. If someone else took it, we refund you in full automatically.

Confirmation and booking code

After you pay you see Booking confirmed with a booking code: 8 letters and numbers, like 7F3A9C21.

• We email you a confirmation, and PayMongo emails you a payment receipt.
• Your booking is saved in My account under Upcoming.
• At the venue, show your booking code or your name at the front desk.

Cancel and refund

Every venue has a free-cancellation time. Most venues use 24 hours. You see it before you pay, on the venue page and on your booking.

1. Open My account

   Tap My account at the top of the page. Your bookings are under Upcoming.
2. Tap Cancel and refund

   The button shows how much comes back, for example Cancel and refund ₱1,400. Tap it, then tap again to confirm.
3. Wait for the refund

   The full amount goes back to the GCash, Maya, bank or card you paid with. See when refunds arrive.

If the venue cancels your booking, you always get a full refund.

Split the cost

Playing with friends? Choose Split the cost under Play with others before you pay, and pick how many players (you included, 2 to 8).

1. You pay the whole booking

   This locks the court right away, so nobody can take it while friends pay.
2. Share the invite link

   After paying you get a link. Send it in your group chat.
3. Friends join and pay their share

   Each friend opens the link, signs in, and taps Join and pay ₱….
4. You get refunded as they pay

   Each time a friend pays, we refund that share to you automatically.

If a friend never pays, you keep the court and simply don't get their share back. Friends can join until the game starts.

Open matches and levels

Short of players? Choose Open match when you book. Your game is listed on Join a game so other players can join and pay their share, just like a split bill. It stays listed until it is full.

You set a level range so you play with people at your level. Levels go from 0 to 7:

0

Never played, or tried it once or twice.

1–2

Beginner. You know the rules and can keep a short rally going.

3–4

Regular social player. You play most weeks and can rally with control.

5–6

Strong club player. You play leagues or tournaments.

7

Competitive. Top club, tournament or former pro level.

Set your own level in My account → Profile. Be honest: games are more fun when everyone is close in level.

To join someone else's game, open Join a game, pick one, and tap Join and pay ₱….

Reminders

We remind you before you play: about 24 hours before and again about 2 hours before. Reminders come by email, and by SMS when we have your mobile number.

Add your mobile number in My account → Profile. We also tell you when your booking is confirmed or cancelled, when someone joins your open match, and when friends pay their share.

Install on your phone

LaroCourts works like an app. Add it to your home screen and it opens straight to booking. No app store needed.

2. Tap the Share button

3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add

Android

1. Open larocourts.vip in Chrome
2. Tap the ⋮ menu

   Top right corner.

Troubleshooting

I didn't get the code

• Wait one minute. Codes can be slow.
• Check spam, junk or promotions folders.
• Check the email or number for typos. Tap Use a different email (or number) to fix it.
• Ask for a new code and use only the newest one. Older codes stop working.
• SMS not arriving? Switch to the Email tab and sign in with your email instead.

My payment failed

• Nothing was charged. Your hold stays for the rest of its time.
• Go back to the venue page and tap Complete payment, or try another method (for example QR Ph instead of card).
• Card declined? Check with your bank that online payments are turned on.
• If money left your account but you have no booking, email us your name, time and venue. Late payments are confirmed or refunded automatically.

The time I wanted disappeared

• Someone booked it, or is holding it while they pay. We refresh the times and tell you: “Someone just booked that time.”
• Holds that aren't paid are released after the hold time. Check again in 15 minutes.
• Try another court at the same time, or another venue nearby.
